At Leadercast, I led the digital marketing strategy for one of the world’s most recognized leadership event brands. My focus was on transforming our event-first model into a scalable, digital brand experience—driving growth across paid media, SEO, email, social, and affiliate marketing.
A key part of that transformation included leading content and promotional strategy for the Leadercast Podcast, which grew to over 20,000 weekly listeners, establishing the brand as a consistent voice in the leadership development space.

Led a cross-functional marketing team, including designers, developers, media buyers, and content creators, to deliver multi-channel performance campaigns.
